Hi everyone sorry haven't posted for a while well i received my telephone appointment for right steps to help with my anxiety 11th january 2016 i feel worse for it hate talking on phone to people i don't know and now it all feels right i have a problem and have to admit it. sorry don't know what else to say just had to write it down.
