So, if possible always make important decisions within the first 6 hours of waking up and have difficult conversations with people during that period. Source-Oxford Uni Sleep Department. WaS, do keep up the facts on sleeping. Its strange I feel not to bad this morning. Even though I woke up at 2 then 3 and then 5 when I put the washing on. Went back to bed. And was up and dressed by 8.30 this morning. Been out and spent more money on stuff for getting organised than on xmas pressies. But did buy most stuff for xmas day apart from the meat.
Sat down now. And thinking just thinking mind you about lunch lol!!!!

Oh dear Melly. You will be OK, it's just your brain having a tantrum. I think sometimes when you have been under a lot of pressure you need a good tantrum to release some stress.
I forgot to give Little Sod his breakfast today! He has just presented me with his food bowl and now I feel terrible!0
