    code,

I have forgotten what tn is? Is it that nerve thing?

You need to talk to the instructor. (Yes, pyxis - that will be the krav maga instructor, not the driving instructor). It may well be light contact like ours is. In fact, ours doesn't hit in the face at all. Plus, our instructor will pick out and brief sparring partners individually each time. Plus sparring is so tiring that we only do a small amount of sparring each session, so you would probably still get a huge amount of benefit from pad work.

Anyway, I am really delighted about your driving theory test decision. Sounds like a great start.

. Then I will find a driving instructor (DH will not teach me or let me practice in his precious new car) .

If you want your marriage to survive, then this is probably a good thing!

I thought you were talking about her driving instructor! :rotfl:

Couldn't work out where 'light contact' and 'hit in the face' came into it! :rotfl:

  • Hehe I thought that too Pyxis! I was gonna say if I'd got a light touch off my driving instructor then he'd have got a hit in the face....then I remembered I had abit of a crush on him! :rotfl:

Apparently my mum's driving instructor used to pull her hair whenever she did something wrong. Mine used to scream at me. He also told me that he wouldn't give me any praise when I did anything good because the police wouldn't pull me over to compliment me on my driving.

Went and bought a Christmas tree today. It was so expensive and I think it may be too big for my tiny house but it was the nicest in the shop. It's 7ft tall because I suck at converting metric to imperial :rotfl: Not even sure where I'm going to put it. Need to clean up first before I even think about putting it up. House still resembles a tip.

Got to go to the doctor as I've run out of meds. Not sure if I should mention the low feelings, or if I should just let it run its course.

{squishes} all round - keep plodding on guys - we will all get there........ or if not, at least we will all be lost together! I find that comforting.

Moo - how bad is the weight loss? What do you think would help you with the weight at the moment? If the stress all suddenly went away, would it improve, or have you got into a pattern that you need help breaking?

Calley - What kind of horrid person goes on a dating website if they already have a girlfriend? But that does clearly show you that it is NOTHING to do with you.

I know but still makes me feel like a big pile of poo.

  • Flybaby has a brilliant point, though. Have a think about this question. How scummy does someone have to be before an insult from them DOESN'T make you feel like a big pile of poo? I realise it's a good question for me, too - almost anyone could make me feel horrid, and this is really stupid of me.

I have just installed a squish cupboard in the fort. It's a cupboard which, when you open it, the door opens and out rushes what you need in the way of hugs or squishes. If you like big hugs, like me, one of those enormous purple things flies out and wraps you up tight in a very furry hug. If you are feeling delicate, a little fluffy squish comes out very shyly and asks if you would like to stroke it, and it snuggles up to you.

I love the idea of a squish cupboard J_M!! :D

I'm a little tipsy, my managers decided we should have work drinks after work (as on sunday everyone is finished by half 6), it was rather amusing seeing my managers come out of their shells a bit and let loose :) we all had a good time. Its the first time in over 2 years ive ever done anything social with the people i work with , but it was nice to see them outside of work.
