Fly if I say the phrase RIDDOR you will understand about today
Tired now0 -
Lovely to see you again, kitty! Welcome back!
You need kitty and doggie cuddles, Melly!
That sounds awful, Fly. Have you tried a sleep clinic to see if they can help?
Hahahaha! I do tend to get adopted by people, whitewing!

Went for the LG in the end. Read a lot of reviews comparing it with the z3 and they were almost neck and neck but it just edged it on having a micro sim since I wasn't sure abut cutting it to nano sized. Feel a bit disappointed though so hope I made the right choice. Should be delivered tomorrow.
Depends what kind of phone you're after kitty. I've looked at every android available on the market about now.
Hope you made your concert tea. I can't believe people do stupid things like setting tracks on fire but they do. A bunch of kids caused chaos in Scotland one night by stealing a car and leaving it on the train tracks. The train crashed into it. Luckily nobody got hurt but it disrupted everything for days.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
I finally did it, i talked to my mum about christmas! I've been putting it off for ages cos i was orried how she'd react, i told her i'd been asked if i wanted to spend xmas at Swain's and she said how lovely it was and told me i was being silly for apologizing and that she knew this day would come eventually, we ='ve arranged for her and my dad (and possibly some siblings) to come up nearer to xmas so will still get to see them.
Had a meeting with area manager and occ health. The bottom line is they feel they've given me leeway regarding my sickness absences but the last two (which were both sodding physical and nothing i could control) have pushed the limit and they have to act so i'm getting a disciplinary for itI still ahve my job but bascially if i'm off sick again in the next 6 months it could been seen that i'm "not fuffilling my duties". I do understand why they have to do it, it just worries me as i was already at the point of being too scared to call in sick, to the point of making myself iller and now i have the added pressure of no absences at all. Meh.

(MU, the questions would drive me spare haha! But I wish my OH would play with my hair while I'm on the PS3)
HBS xbut i've always liked watching other people play them. Swain is trying to get me into Final Fantasy. I tried to explain exes have tried and failed to get me to play games but he's adamant he can find something i'll enjoy

But you also have a gorgeous fella now MU. So perhaps with his nurturing you will be able to manage through Christmas and Spring.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

I'm pretty confident i can keep the Bipolar under control, and hopefully i've had my quota of sickness/flu for the bloody year now! No more please! The annoying thing about these protocols is that people end up going into work when they are ill (ahem..guilty) and spread it to other people, its a vicious cycle! Its also very much a "you must fit into this tick box" that a computer dreamed up, and doesn;t give much in the way of leeway or common senseThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. Morning all
I have some nvq to try and fit into today's madness still less than 5 weeks till break up yay0 -
MessedUp, if you were physically ill again, would it help to get a sick note, even for a very short period of time, when technically you don't need one?
Also, I've been using First Defence, which you spray up your nose at the first sign of a cold, and keep doing so.
Recently, I also discovered Coldzyme, which you spray into your throat. It's very expensive, but seems to work better for me than First Defence.
You can use both as a preventative, as well as at the first signs of infections.
Neither contain a drug, so are compatible with taking other meds.
Also, Boots sell a hand foam spray which kills viruses as well as bacteria.......apparently other hand gel-type things don't kill viruses. As so many are transmitted by touch, if you're susceptible, like I am, to viral coughs and colds, it makes sense to use that. Again, not as cheap as gels, but if it's more effective, it could save a lot of grief!
Particularly as you handle money, which I believe harbours a lot of germs.
Food for thought!(I just lurve spiders!)
