Grr, scraped the car this morning! Had to collect a parcel which would easily have fitted through my letterbox. The sorting office has a stupid tiny car park and I caught the back of the car on a wall. Then I thought I'd call in the asda next to work as I was here so early but it doesn't open till 8! I just assumed everywhere was open all the time these days lol.

Tuesday - Saturday they'd probably be open, Monday is different because they have to shut on a Sunday afternoon due to our stupid Sunday trading laws and don't usually re-open until 8am on Monday morning.

Yes I have been caught out by this before, although probably at a different ASDA!

I like the idea of us all hanging around outside the same asda on a Monday morning! :D

Our local Asda used to be 24 hour but it's located near a dodgy club and when that let out they'd be swarmed by drunk people. They got fed up with it and now it closes through the night.

So tired. I have taken the day off which you can do at short notice in my office as long as you don't take the mick, so am curled up in bed with DA dog who has spent most of the weekend using me as a pillow.

  • And, dreams (as I read back over the weekend's posts) ...

I sometimes get dreams about women I know / knew. They don't tend to be massively, ahem, inappropriate, but more romantic. Waking up from something like that is a crash down to earth though as I transition from being really happy to discovering myself alone in the dark. Unless it was a dream about one particular ex, in which case it's much more "thank <expletive deleted> it was just a dream!"

code that sounds like such a good day. Would much rather be tucked up in bed with P cat than stuck in a freezing cold office all day. Hope you get lots of rest.

Fortunately I don't have to see the guy from the dream for a few weeks. Hopefully the shameful memories will have faded by then!

I can only ever see my mood in colours rather than in any other item....the weather one got me to go into OCD drive trying to work them all out and fit them into how I feel about them.

Mind you, my colour descriptions are completely different to most, what some might think of as a calm colour or mood, to me is a bleak one, I've got a weird brain :rotfl:

I'm doing ok mentally at the moment, very very tired as there has been a lot going on and was at collapse point last weekend as I completely overdid things. Begger of it was that I had looked forward to going to a particular gig for months and had to pull out just 15 minutes before we were due to leave as at that point, I couldn't even get across my front room without collapsing in a heap, let alone get up stairs at the venue and spend a whole night out.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Hello Theresamum! Welcome! You don't have to say anything if you don't want to! Or you can just chat if you like!

    Just chatting is good too!

I've just thought......are you There's a mum, or Theresa mum?
I usually see usernames in a very peculiar way, sometimes for ages, and then suddenly see what they're supposed to be! :D
It can be quite amusing sometimes!
Anyway, I read There's a mum, but after I typed it with a capital T, I suddenly saw Theresa! Hahahaha!
    It could be either, though!

(You'll get used to me, :D, I've got a strange brain! :rotfl: )
