Bath was lovely, I recommend baths to anyone feeling pants, it's quite relaxing to just chil out for half an hour or so

Welly, how are you doing? Hows Escapette? I know at some times it may seem hard but you'll get through it. I can't imagine how scary parenthood is but I think you're doing just great, you'll get there hun. It's not like little uns come with an instruction manual! In some weird way I hope if I have kids they are noctirnal as that would be a lot easier to deal with them early mornings and daytime! :)

I had a nap at 6pm, just woke up at 4am. Oops.

Errr, Good morning everyone! This illness flare is kicking my bum, so tired with a constant fever.

I hope you feel better soon, Pyxis! Have another day in bed.

I love baths, MU but rarely have them because I can't get in and out without assistance and my carer doesn't really have the time for that. I used to take to the bath with lots of bubbles, candles, a glass of wine and a book and disappear for 2 hours.

I missed Doctor Who! Hopefully WaSp managed to record it so I shall watch it right now.

Now I am wondering if tinned pumpkin equals a valid addition to my present list for Milliefleur. Probably not...

Does the therapist know the impact of the sessions on OH, and does she have any suggestions that might help?

I'm OK thanks MU, managed to get a couple of hours sleep last night as Escapette was shattered after visiting family until late evening.

Baths are lovely, from what I remember of them! I've now decided that baby sick is the new fashionable fragrance. I used to use lots of Lush things but would be a waste these days. Unless Santa brings me anything, which he usually does.

Melly, how do you get the white streaks? I've always loved the idea of being a platinum blonde, but don't dare try it. With dark eyebrows I suspect I would look very odd anyway!

    Afternoon my lovelies,

Been tidying up as my brother is due round this afternoon. It was due even though decorating is no where near being finished. I am on pet sitting duty for the week. He is bringing them to me. So one house rabbit and 5 guinea pigs to look after  Hope none of them die while in my care.

Stripped the bed down and put on my nice fleecy mattress protector and fleecy fitted sheet on, with my 13.5tog duvet will be nice and snugly warm. On my second load of whites today. As pillow protectors were looking manky never realised I dribbled so much:rotfl:

Now trying to work out why my central heating down stairs is so rubbish. it hardly gets warm. Might have to get someone in to have a look. I asked on the DIY forum and it was suggested by one poster that I was bit thick did I not know where the water for the down stairs rads come from. oh well I am girl so I thought it flew through the air. I did not reply but reported the person.

Spoke to my "friend" and he just does not get it. I really do feel for him. He obviously cares very much for me and thinks very highly of me. Just can't get through to him. He is well aware of my ex and what happened. I get the feeling he thinks that if we stay in contact. That I will change my mind.

I did read something last night that hit a nerve. Don't make someone your priority when they treat you like an option. A lesson I need to learn.

Anyway back is killing me and according to my scales I put on 5lbs last week. I did have the odd binge but never 17500 calories worth. I changed the battery in the scales and everything. No sure what is going on. Only 4 weeks and I don't think I will be fitting in to my lovely dress :(

Oh well also found a library book that was due back yesterday. Thought I had taken them all back. Will renew and return tomorrow. Will give me an excuse to walk in to town and back again.

    Yours

    Calley

I have been watching documentaries! I watched one with a man with only a 7-30 second short term memory, absolutely fascinating. Then I watched another about MPD/DID and laughed my head off that the woman with it had as many cuddly toys all over her flat as I do. It should be a method of diagnosis, apparently this is common! I stopped it before she explained why she developed it however, because I can imagine why and that would be a trigger.

Well done for talking to your friend, Calley. Be quietly firm with him although I still believe that you might have to put a little distance between you both for a while.

Lovely to hear from you, Melly! Crossing everything that the therapy visit goes well next week.

Yay for a couple of hours sleep, Welly!
