I hate to nag but agree with code that you need some help and support as soon as possible. Even the strongest person has limits and you are running on empty.

    I know

Gonna go to sleep for a while
  • Melly, I totally back everything code has said. If you collapsed and ended up in hospital, you are NO use to your hubby whatsoever.

I don't know if you've had professional help for it before, or just muddled through on your own? If it's the latter, then maybe it's time for the former this time?

I'm thinking back to when I was at my lowest weight (just naturally slim, no ED) and that was 7 1/2 stone, and at 5 foot 6, (I don't know what height you are) that was really slim, and I got accused of having an ED. At 6 stone, that's no weight at all Hun :( I know you realise that, but you need to start seeking help, you need to start turning this around.

    Melly,

I know this is going to sound a bit strange but do you have a local beauty spot you could visit in the car with your husband.

Take a blanket and a cushion and just go and spend a few hrs there and have a kip in the car.

Its dull and grey here not sure what it is like with you. But even if it's raining. Go, it will give you relief for a few hrs. Not a lot but anything will help at the moment.

I agree with code. Your body will start to shut down soon and you could die. And I know that is not what you want.

If you were a friend of mine in real life I would have the both you and your husband to stay with me friday night to monday morning so you could get relief and have a couple of decent nights sleep and lots and lots of decent proper food.

    Take care.

    Yours

    Calley

MessedUp, why not try writing everything down? That way, you can read over it, edit it, and put it in order of priority.

Use bullet points, rather than writing it as an essay, and try to keep it to an A5 size sheet, (as it can then fit in your paper notes envelope at the surgery.

That way you'll you won't forget anything, and the GP will have a record of what you've said.

Keep a copy for yourself, so that you know what you've told him.

Also, take the counterfoil from your last prescription, just in case they don't have a record of what you're taking.

That sounds like good advice along with what WaS recommended, I do have the counterfoil bit that a) says what meds im on and b)will clearly say I'm due them

Still feeling poorly today and someone is in the bathroom having a shower which right now is not good as my stomach is hurting and I need the damn loo!! Hopefully they will be done soon :o

Melly I agree with everyone, you need to be looking after yourself and making sure you are getting the help and support you need. Yes OH needs you but if you end up in hospital or worse you're not going to be able to help him. We don't want to lose you either :(

That sounds really nice :) Don't mean that to sound patronising as in "mmm sounds nice, now just try a little bit", but it does sound really tasty! I love my slow cooker. :)

Hope your MRI scan goes ok. It's perfectly understandable to feel freaked out by it, but you'll be fine, big hugs x x

I will just mess it up. So best not to bother again.
