I am apparently 47% fluent in Portuguese. Which is news to me. Everything I have learned sounds like a very dodgy chat up line or some kind of spy code.

Hi guys.. how are you all doing this evening? I've really dipped tonight,.. I'll do the penguin thing in white : I'm in so much pain about my mother, it really does hurt like hell.. I still can't believe she is so evil, and I still can't believe I wrote the email to my uncle and told him everything.. My friend who is in her 90's, who was my grandmother's best friend and who knows everything and hates my mum , I spoke to her this evening.. it seems my uncle has rung her every night since he received my email, and it is slowly sinking in.. apparently he toltally believes me now that I've exposed my mum as a pathological lyer, and he said that he is so sorry that I went through what I did as a kid , that he doesn't hate me and he understands why I had to cut contact with her for so many years . how utterly devastated he is to finally know the truth and how furious he is with her.I doubt he will ever get in touch with me, but tpo hear an apology via my friend from her brother, it really means a lot to me. I have the 5 photos of me I stole and hid in my bra and I feels so sad to the bone for the younger me.. It's like this grief has hit me with a tidal wave. and I can't stop crying tonight.. I've rewatched the video my friend took of my mum lying about her con man boyfriend and it seems symbolic as I was in the sun and it looks like I am surrounded in an aura of light, and she is in the shadows.. it's symbolic to me anyway . I guess I've just got to grieve and it will take time . Penguin

Have skipped an evening workshop 'ere in Zummerzet, 'cos feeling a bit under the weather. Hopefully it will have passed by the morning, so that I can enjoy the last sessions!

Sorry I haven't been on for a while, I've had some ups and downs. Went to view the house today, and the vendor wasn't in at the agreed time, so I got seriously anxious, but made it back home. Hope everyone is ok

Today is World Mental Health Day

Which has struck a chord with me as for the past few hours ive really been struggling

I'm ok-ish now, hopefully seeing Swain tomorrow but it's made me realise how luck I am to have people in my life that inderstand and how hard it can be when you're fighting it alone. My upmost respect for everyone who's dealing with their demons one daily basis. It's anlog hard fight but at least here we will always have each other

Big hugs (((faerie))) It's good to hear about your uncle finally realising what you have gone through though. It's a start, and hopefully from here on, things will slowly and surely get better for you Also, about the video and the sunlight and shadow, I agree with you, it does seem symbolic in some way.

Passing through quickly to spread some hugs and loves to you all - physical health is taking prio atm but all will be well. Just can't deal with MH and the physical at the same time dissociation is incredibly useful at times!
