    So, was is it still a glitch, or is there more to it than that for Orchid to contact its customers.
    Well, I don't suppose Orchid want to receive umpteen phone calls from their customers for 18866's mistake! (I assume Orchid included instructions with the E-Mail on how to get around the problem?
