Looks like you're right on this...though Nordstrom is terrible for feeding my ugg addiction, there's a pair of slippers I want from there now :rotfl:
Can I ask how long your shipping took via FiftyOne? My tracking says Shipped to Destination Country, then Collection Notice Received but I've not a clue what that meansTreasurer and Co Founder of - The Smile It Won't Hurt Club

Just tracked my parcel from hartings and it's showing as awaiting customs charging!! Eeek! I'm worried now. Wonder how much it will be. Also a bit worried that the oxford canterberrys I've ordered aren't going to fit my mum as I went a size down and she didn't. Fingers crossed x0

do you mean that your mum ordered a pair for herself, got her normal size and they fit?
missingink ordered her normal size and they were too big so I think it is actually better to get a size down.Opinion Panel £50 Lightspeed: £40 Pigsback: £303 Valued Opinions: £365 Media Transfer: £32 Juicy Brains- £30 American Consumer Opinion: £16 Freebie Networks: £220 Cashback Sites: £1503.87 Competitions: £200 Total Cash Value: £2759.87 Last updated: April 20230 -

Hartings have offered £18 return postage. Looking at the price in your link, that's way too little!
The figure I had in my head for postage was more like £20 max!!!
Parcel Force are quoting £63.49 for tracked & insured up to £100!!! Surely that can't be right?!?
Pop along to your local Postal office, get it weighed and see what the charge is. When I returned some boots (insured) to Javari (aka Amazon) it cost me £21....they however refunded it.
What about selling them to a friend or family member , that would save a lot of hassle.
For some strange reason....all the different brands of sheepskin boots that I've tried come up big. I just wished that they manufactured them in the correct size and offered them in different width fittings. If they did that, there wouldn't be numerous posts regarding sizings  Anyway let me get off my Ugg (soap) box and stop ranting.
Apart from the size issues, what did you think of them?0 -

I think the post office will come up with the same price as they're part of the same company?
Can't see Hartings refunding £60+ quid, can you?!
They won't fit any family members & if they did, they wouldn't pay that kind of money just for some boots!
I am so sick of not being able to get a pair of sheepskin boots that fit me!
OH is upset that we STILL can't get my Xmas present sorted!:(
As for the boots-they were ok I guess. I don't know what I was expecting but the sheepskin is nowhere near as 'plush' as I thought it would be, tbh.:(
I can't see ANY way out of this situation & I'm starting to feel quite sick with the stress of it!0 -

Shudoo said (as you know) the same thing to me - no record of having received my return. Then suddenly "found" it and said they were processing it. I don't get my statement for another week so can't check it yet, so just hoping it will be ok.
About the insurance with Royal Mail, I sent a parcel back today for my daughter to another company, contents valued at £79. The assistant offered me insurance up to £250 for £8.50, with tracking and recorded delivery, which I took, but I wasn't offered it for the Ugg boots.
I do hope it all goes ok for you. Can't believe how much hassle all this has been.
Enough to put you off Ugg boots.......almost..............!0 -
missingink, what size are they?
I'm wondering if another Ugg fan on this thread may take them off your hands instead?0 -

it was another week after that. I ordered around 11th dec and it came 21st.0 -
Oh dear, missingink, you're having a time of it, aren't you? I haven't been on here for a few days and checked out how you were getting on with your return to Shudoo. What a fiasco.

Many thanks, Zaksmum.:D
In the same boat as you re Shudoo-still waiting to see if the refund has gone into the bank.
Meanwhile, having already paid £75 to Hartings for boots that don't fit, they want us to return them at our own cost for an exchange! Can't find anyone who'll ship to New Zealand for less than £60.:mad:0
