I am in a similar situation. I returned two pairs of Jumbuck boots on the 4th January, following their returns process. I used the same packaging that the boots arrived in, securely taped. I stuck the return label onto an A4 piece of white paper to make it clear and added my Senders address. I even put two copies of the return slip inside the package. I cannot see how the Royal Mail can have lost such a large, clearly marked parcel. Shudoo have told me that they have no record of the receiving the returned items. How can I be sure that this is not a mistake on their part, particularly as they appear to have lost your returned item sent on the same day. The Post Office did not advise me of any other service when I asked for a Certificate of Posting, so it appears I am not insured.
Well, Shudoo seem to have suddenly 'found' my return & are processing the refund, which could take up to five days(so they say!)
I have heard quite a few people on here saying more or less the same thing. I think Shudoo are all too willing to pull their finger out when taking your money but in no real hurry to refund it!
Fingers crossed it all comes good for you too.:D0 -

Great news. I sent an email again to them today voicing my displeasure.
By coincidence to your email, I have just had an reply from Shudoo and they have suddenly "found" my return and have processed the refund.0 -

Funny that, eh? That's the power of posting on MSE for ya!:D
So glad you got it all sorted out in the end. I know how it feels when they tell you they can't find your return.
Fingers crossed for a speedy refund!0 -
So they should. It's thanks to MSE that they've had my money!0

Bought Emu Hi from amazon before Christmas and absolutely loved it. However, got caught in rain last weekend while wearing it and it is now discoloured. I sprayed some water protector spray (twice!) prior to using it but guess it didn't work.
Anyone have any tips on what I should or can do? Found Emu shoe care kit for GBP20-25 but I think it may be too late??0 -

Very excited - my Uggs boots were delivered today (However was at work so need to rearrange delivery.) Why so excited - well I had read a few posts about Zuccionline and slow delivery/ poor customer service. Considering I only ordered them on Saturday evening, I think that it pretty quick service :T
Will update you and let you know what the boots are like and whether its well worth using zuccionline!0 -
Not a massive saving BUT www.very.co.uk have uggs back in stock in chestnut, black, wysteria and sand at £190. use quidco and the discount codes availabe and its a decent saving.
You can get 8% back via quidco, so thats £15 or so off and there are codes flying about for £30 off a spend of £60 or more, and new customers get discount on 1st order.
I ordered some 'sand' yesterday and all in all they have cost me £145,inc quidco cashback (plus £3.95 postage) I did see a free postage code on my last bill but stupidly cant find it now! Feb 11th delivery, so a few weeks wait but i know if they arent right i can send them back for free and my account will be credited within 48hrs usually
Plus, for anyone interested in 'interest free buy now pay later' deals they are doing buy now pay November or buy now pay Feb 2011 to help you budget
Stock seems to change a few times a day as well, Yesterday am there were none in stock, then it went to most sizes available then low stock. You need to keep an eye out for when they update the stock levels0 -
Well, my boots have finally arrived from Hartings today...& they're too damn big!!!
I can't beleive it! After all the emails back & forth-me wanting to order a size down, them telling me not to, me sending my foot measurements, them still telling me to order my usual size, me including my foot measurements on the order form as they suggested...& STILL they're too big!!!
I just KNEW they would be too big! My OH doesn't know yet-he's going to be SO angry when he finds out!
No idea what to do now.
So disappointed & angry I could cry!0
