Presumably the style is ok it's just the sizing. So reply saying you require a replacement, but make it clear that the reason is that they originally advised you incorrectly so you also wish to register dissaproval/a complaint and what are they going to do about it eg. partial refund.

Emailed them before I saw your post but I did make it clear that it wasn't a style issue, that everyone else who has bought them has had to size down & that Hartings advised me to go with my usual size & they are too big.

Will wait to see what they come back with!;)

Anyone who ordered from Hartings...what sort of price can you expect to pay in import charges??

I've got two pairs of boots coming from hartings, they said they would mark the packages so I didn't get charged. Fingers crossed! X

Hartings didn't say anything about marking my packages so they wouldn't be charged, however, I know of other people who have ordered from them & they have never been charged so I didn't expect any fees.

Saying that, I noticed that in the terms & conditions on their website, they do state that you may be charged. I didn't see this until after I'd ordered so I don't know if this is a new addition or not.

Just wanted to sat thank you so much for finding this source. I had been after some classic grey Ugg's in my size for ages. I was so pleased when I saw Zucci had them. OH ordered them yesterday and they've arrived today for my birthday!

Its going to be expensive.....what size did Hartings send you? are they going to refund you the cost of returning the boots to them. Take a look here to see how much it may cost you.

They sent me a UK 7-way too big as I feared it would be.

Hartings have offered £18 return postage. Looking at the price in your link, that's way too little!:eek:
The figure I had in my head for postage was more like £20 max!!!

Parcel Force are quoting £63.49 for tracked & insured up to £100!!! Surely that can't be right?!?
