I have these, i take a 6 and ordered the size down, they were a little 'snug' but once you wear the soles in they fit me perfectly

there are alot of fake ugg boot sites out there...and usually if the price seems to good to be true....

buy from the official ugg site or a reputable shop/online shop ...cloggs.co.uk usually have good deals from time to time...

I've had a reply to my email;

Do you require a replacement or do you think the style of boots is unsuitable.

Please advise.

Not too sure what to make of that! It IS unsuitable because it doesn't fit & it doesn't fit because they told me to get my usual size when everybody else sizes down!

Presumably the style is ok it's just the sizing. So reply saying you require a replacement, but make it clear that the reason is that they originally advised you incorrectly so you also wish to register dissaproval/a complaint and what are they going to do about it eg. partial refund.
