Hi
Can someone tell me if this site sells the genuine UGGs - I'm an Ugg virgin so just want to check to see if these are ok....
http://www.uggbootsaustraliauk.com/index.html
many thanks

general rule of thumb is that if it has the word UGG in it and is not the official UGG website then it won't be genuine.
check the official website and see if this site is on there. i've looked at the list a lot recently and definitely do not remember seeing it there.
looking at it, it does look a bit suss to me- there are a few minor grammatical errors that you wouldn't expect on a professional site but that is just my own opinion.

there are alot of fake ugg boot sites out there...and usually if the price seems to good to be true....
buy from the official ugg site or a reputable shop/online shop ...cloggs.co.uk usually have good deals from time to time...0 -

I suspect you're right. Have emailed them. Doubt they'll do anything about it though. Waiting for a reply.
i suppose all u can do is give them a chance to exchange them for a size down ?0 -

I've had a reply to my email;
Do you require a replacement or do you think the style of boots is unsuitable.
Please advise.
Not too sure what to make of that! It IS unsuitable because it doesn't fit & it doesn't fit because they told me to get my usual size when everybody else sizes down!0 -

Presumably the style is ok it's just the sizing. So reply saying you require a replacement, but make it clear that the reason is that they originally advised you incorrectly so you also wish to register dissaproval/a complaint and what are they going to do about it eg. partial refund.0
