The tk max in Edinburgh had a couple of different styles of uggs in today although finding then and sizes was a bit of a lottery. They also had the bear paw ones and they looked fabby and I to walk away quick before i started trying them on.
Play nice  Just because I am paranoid doesn't mean they are not out to get me.:j

Returned Emu Outbacks to Shudoo on the 4th for a refund. Finally heard back from them today after emailing them...they have no record of my return!

They said I have to trace it via royal Mail. If they turn up mean time with them, they'll let me know. Great.

Best of all, if they don't turn up I can only claim £39 max back from Royal Mail(used free returns service). The boots cost £96 after the 20% discount.

According to my tracking number, Royal Mail are still 'processing' the package! What does that mean?!? What do I do now?!

On top of this, the replacement boots ordered from Hartings have been sitting at Heathrow airport for days, waiting for Parcelforce to pick them up & deliver them to me!

It all so damn frustrating when you can't do a thing about it!!!

hope parcelforce pull their finger out then, I've also got 2 pairs coming from hartings.

How long from your boots being dispatched did it take them to get to the UK? So annoying when you can't track it all the way.

Hope you get your boots soon!

Came accross this website which shows you where you can find the cheapest uggs at the minute, and any voucher code's they know of!

    http://www.alltheshoes.co.uk/uggs/ugg_australia_classic_tall.html

It seems legit, having house of fraser, usc and john lewis on there, but obviously won't have all the voucher codes us money saver's have :)

Hope this helps someone! My Ugg's are currently on a plane back from australia with my auntie!

I am in a similar situation. I returned two pairs of Jumbuck boots on the 4th January, following their returns process. I used the same packaging that the boots arrived in, securely taped. I stuck the return label onto an A4 piece of white paper to make it clear and added my Senders address. I even put two copies of the return slip inside the package. I cannot see how the Royal Mail can have lost such a large, clearly marked parcel. Shudoo have told me that they have no record of the receiving the returned items. How can I be sure that this is not a mistake on their part, particularly as they appear to have lost your returned item sent on the same day. The Post Office did not advise me of any other service when I asked for a Certificate of Posting, so it appears I am not insured.

My OH has been dealing with the order so I'm a little sketchy with the dates I'm afraid, but I think it was less than a week from despatch to them landing in the UK. think they've been sitting at Heathrow for about five days now!

Hope you get yours soon too!:D
