    Hi james,
    glad your online again.
I want to order some more uggs but the tall ones this time, however the short ones that I ordered were a us6 ( I am a 5uk) however they were snug as in my toe came right to the end, should I order a 7us or would they then be too big??
I did try some original ones on in my local store and the us6 were the perfect fit and their us7 too big so I am really confused and don't want to get the wrong size - help
Also, will there now be a delay in sending them or have you got enough??
    thanks
i would order a 7 and all should be fine
  • Hi, do the 'Australia direct Chocolate Uggs' definitely come with a dark sole - or do some of them have a Cream coloured sole like the ones on ASOS.com?

Thinking about purchasing them from Aus. direct, but do not want them if they have the Cream coloured soles.

    Thanks.

I ordered mine on 28/09/07 and received a tracking number which doesn't work. I have emailed aussie direct numerous times since then, but I too haven't had any replies.

I too have PMed James so I hope he can help me too.

I think they have been bombarded with emails due to all the interest we have created. However, I did PM James.. and he got onto the matter right away, and sent me my tracking number (Thanks James :D) and they're in Cologne right now :j

I think the tracking number is made up of 2 parts, maybe youre missing the first 8 digits.. try adding this onto the front: 1Z E21 9X1

    Hope that helps :)

    I've been Money Tipped!
:rolleyes:I spent hours reading through all the pages last night, I have just decided to order and the blumin price has gone up again.

I am off to Singapore in a couple of weeks so i am going to hang on just in case I can get them cheaper there.

hi James, you seem to be answering this site quicker than your emails so ill try it this way, i bought some boots from you, tall classic in chestnut but the stitching is lousy, i appreiciate they are all hand made and individual but thats no reason for them to be made badly, the ones made in china are of a much higher standard, i know you've said i can return them for a refund but by the time i pay for return postage and lose my original postage it would have been quite an expense and i would be left with nothing to show for having no money left. I'm sorry to be blunt but the boots are'nt so cheap that i should expect anything but perfect like the ones i've seen around have been:confused:

Thanks for that. I already had the first 8 digits but it was worth a try!

Guess I just have to keep trying to get an answer on email.
