Also my mum had a pair too and 6 months after she bought them the stitching started to come apart so she phoned the shop in Australia and they organised for a new pair to be sent to her free of charge. And she got to keep the first pair. Really good quality and excellent service. Dont expect Deckers will care if their boots fall apart in a few months time

I ordered some boots from Kiwi Sheepskins a couple of months ago for my 9yr olds. They arrived very quickly with no customs/duty charges. Whether this was because they were childrens i'm not sure. The value was declared on the parcel. The quality is great but for myself I prefer my Uggs.
