You Back!!!!!
Take time to read through the thread, you will see that there are plenty of genuine sellers out there selling Genuine products.
They are not, as the SPAMMERS are doing, Ripping people off!:mad:0 -

My Emus fit to size.
I have a UK 7 & they fit perfect for my UK 7 sized feet.
Mine are the Hip Button style. I'm not sure about the low Bronte.0 -

I'm a size 7 and have got size 7 boots and they're a good fit. My sister has uGgs (the real mccoy) and emus do have a much sturdier sole. The lining in emus isn't as soft as the uGgs but they're certainly very warm and cosy when i've tried them on (DH has put both pairs away for Christmas for me so i was only allowed a brief try on to check they fit...spoil sport!!).
I'm certainly very pleased with them.
HTHSlightly worn out mum to 3 (DS1 May 03, DS2 Feb 05, DD1 Feb 08). When i grow up i think i'll become a UN Peace keeper....0 -

I would say they are good value for the money so don't worry about that but they are not as good as my Uggs.
The sheepskin inside the Uggs is definitely thicker, more comfortable, warmer etc that whatever is inside the Emus. I think it's Merino wool inside the Emus and that is definitely thinner and doesn't feel as warm and comfortable.
I am going to return mine as after having Uggs, they don't compare in terms of the lining.
So after trying, sorry Uggs are still miles better.
The lining of the EMU'S are like a knitted stretchy type fabric with a fluffy pile. They are not the sheepskin as the Sheep wore! That's what the genuine twin faced sheepskin Ugg boots are made of.
These Emus manfactured with a totally different product. A suede outer with a knitted fabric (Merino Micron 20 Wool) sewn inside.
I agree they do not compare!
Not that I was comparing the West-way emu's with my sheepskin Uggs.
I compared Emu with Emu.0 -

I hadn't considered Emus, though they do seem cheaper and apparently good quality if you buy from the right place. Are they actually Uggs, or Ugg style?
The classic tall seem fine, good quality and very well made, although we won't know till they are tried on and then worn for a while (after Christmas).
if the short Uggs for DIL are as good I'll be happy with that.
It's not that any doubt was cast on the OP who recommended Xile, but you'd expect any retailer of goods at that kind of price to know something of what they were selling. Or to be able to check with a superior if they didn't know themselves. I know very little about fashion and what's the current must have, but listen to my daughter and her mates and pick up a few tips that way. And I've learned that Deckers Uggs are the most wanted, so you'd expect the representative of a company that sells them to have at least heard of them!!!
I do realise Shudoo might have upped the price a little, selling cardy boots at £119, but the 20% discount more than takes care of that. These boots work out at around £95, with free delivery, so not too bad really. I just want to see the recipients happy!!!!0
