Hi guys - my seller immediately refunded me and claims she didnt know her stock wasnt genuine. She was very apologetic and asked my not to leave negs as she has an ebay shop but she's still selling uggs? Dont want anyone else to get ripped off - should I neg her?

I'm thinking of buying from this seller but am totally once bitten twice shy now - what do you guys think?

I've annoyed her with lots of questions lol and she says she bought them in new york, took them out of box to bring home but they dont fit. She insists they're the real deal. But surely you'd try them on in the shop  - a £100 purchase? She also says she has some Uggs so knows that these are the real deal but then surely she'd know what size she needed?

If you Neg her she will give you retaliation Neg FB, unfair but thats ebay for you. She deserves a Neg for the simple fact she's still selling them, a genuine seller would not continue to sell them. My guess is she's sweetening you up because you were wise enough to notice but she's been selling them at a profit to plenty of unsuspecting buyers and is willing to carry on. Its up to you if you want to get a Neg, unless she's left you FB already. You could get a Neg and leave follow up on your own to say retaliation FB seller sent fakes.

As for the other pair, they dont really look set to be a bargain up at £51 with plenty of time for them to go up in price. You wont even get the box. Look elsewhere, you want perfect Uggs that you'll be happy with. :D

thanks for that mookie - yes i am officially fed up of ebay and not buying any uggs from there -you just cant trust people. I've emailed my original seller (who I bought my beautiful sands from) but she doesnt have any blacks so am now considering either ordering some from ugg or schuh for £140 or buying some emu lo stingers or pure oz classic lo in black. I like the emus but the sole puts me off as its really thick. Does anyone have any emu stingers or pure oz classics? I'm not massively bothered about the ugg label but i do want them to be the same quality and lovely thick sheepskin fluff like my uggs. Any advice?

    Hi Roxie

The Emu boots are very good quality - 100% real sheepskin - I think they are better than UGGs
