they have balck in a 6 like my uggs but i'm normally a 6.5 - does anyone with emus know how they come up fit wise? i've read different reports, some of coming up small fit and others saying order like uggs??

Hi, Im afraid this website is a scam ... see my original post on page 131 and all the posts that follow on from that.

I received a full refund after disputing it with paypal but this was afew weeks ago now at least. I think people are now having problems getting a full refund as the seller is clearing all funds from their account.

They're not talking about the same website. That one is uggsdirect, as opposed to uggfootweardirect, they're not the same I don't think.

Received my boots (Tall Ultimate Sheepskin Boots: Full Calf) from www.kiwi-sheepskins.co.nz on 1st Feb, ordered 20th Jan. Have worn them every day since. People have commented on how much sturdier they look than other boots they've seen. They've got a thick tread so there should be no problem with the heel rolling over. Bought my daughter a pair of Childrens Mid Calf Boots, she's been wearing them so much she asked me when she was going to be able to wear her other shoes again!

I'm so pleased with them am hoping to sneak another pair into my wardrobe! :j

I too have fallen victim to this website scam. I purchased (or so I thought) my much coveted ugg boots on the 15th Jan. i recieved an email from paypal but nothing from ugg footwear direct. I attempted to contact them through both the hotmail address and the web addresson the website but received no response.

I have now put in a claim with paypal but I am not confident about a reinbursement after reading these posts. I have also written a report with ripoffreport.com as I am so annoyed about all this, I had a look at teh website mainuggs.com and this looks to be the same website as ugg footwear direct but with a different name. He can't even be bothered redesigning the page the arrogant f***.

Is there any way to find out if this is the same guy?

Looking at the site, definately looks like the same people!

dusiafootwear.com was that site, then uggfootweardirect, now this new one. Its highly likely its the same person due to the web design!

I have reported to paypal that this appears to be the same company as the uggfootwear-direct.com (UFD) site. I even told them that paypal payment could be made to mainuggs but they said they did not have this company registered. Paypal found in my favour but due to UFD not having sufficient funds I am over £60 short on my refund.
They said they will continue to try to reclaim the full amount so I've my fingers crossed that they do realise this is the same person. :mad: :mad:

On a second issue can anyone help me with a PayPal query. I opened a disput due to non-receipt of goods. Now I have reciept they are not as described. Can I continue with the same dispute? or Do I have to close the dispute and reopen? How does it work?

On another point - does everyone realise that the "freephone" number 0870 offered by Paypal is not a freephone number. they are aware of this error - wonder why they are taking so long to change this!:rolleyes:
