Hi Lotte
Just wanted to let you know that I filed a dispute with PayPal last night and received a full refund this morning. After reading more of the comments on this site and some very old cached threads on the handbag.com forum, I decided to play safe and just cancel the order.
I still have no idea if they're genuine Ugg Australia vendors or not (their PayPal contact e-mail address didn't work) but they did at least reimburse me immediately.

hi, does anyone know if this website is genuine or not www.lowestbest.com? some of their boots look like the real thing but are only £43 whereas others look obviously fake and are £23, they do accept paypal but is it worth the risk? ( real looking ones are described as classic tall 5815 chestnut but fake looking ones are just described as ugg classic tall) help appreciated, thanks0

I have started another thread for Ugg Australia branded boots as so many people are asking, please have a read and add to it if anyone thinks I've missed anything. It might help people who havent got time to read all this thread.

Hey Sweetcake,
If you try this new thread there are quite a few good sites listed in it and a few to avoid. It's the newer version of this thread, because this one is too long for everyone to read.0 -

Steer clear of them, chinese sellers with stolen pics by the looks of the site. Most of these sites that offer paypal are scams.0 -
I ordered a pair of uggs from uggfootwear-direct.com at end Dec 07 and have heard nothing since. I have emailed them twice and had no reply. I think this web site is dodgy and am going to try to claim my money back through PayPal if this site is not legit and I don't receive my boots. There are no contact details other than the email address provided on website. I would advise against using this site.0

I also ordered a pair of boots from this website this morning and it sounds like I am unlikely to receive them!
At the risk of sounding totally stupid, how do I go about claiming my money back? I paid with a credit card so do I contact them or paypal?0 -

Hiya,
Thanks for your help. Thats good news for you!
Unfortunately I was not logged into paypal when I made the transaction but I did receive a receipt via email from them and have a receipt number.
Do you think I may still be able to get my money back? I have been emailing paypal to ask how I dispute an item which does not appear in my transaction history but so far they have not been very helpful! Does anyone know if it is possible to do this?
