Hiya,

Thanks for your help. Thats good news for you!

Unfortunately I was not logged into paypal when I made the transaction but I did receive a receipt via email from them and have a receipt number.

Do you think I may still be able to get my money back? I have been emailing paypal to ask how I dispute an item which does not appear in my transaction history but so far they have not been very helpful! Does anyone know if it is possible to do this?

Hmm, if the payment wasn't made directly through PayPal then you're probably better off going through your credit card company.

When I bought my boots I was automatically taken to the PayPal website. If in your case you had to enter your credit card details directly on the uf-d website then I think the normal rules apply (i.e. you'll possibly have some kind of protection against fraudulent online sellers).

But I realise there are plenty of people on here who are far better placed to advise on getting refunds from credit card companies... :D
• Ah, I have some sad news......

Today I got superglue all over my Uggs - don't ask, it's to distressing to think about!! I've looked for some more and I am stunned at how much they are asking for them now. Bearing in mind they usually cost £45 from the US some US sellers are asking £140 for Kids Classic Short Boots.... Good grief, do they really think people are that deperate that they will pay for them??

Which leads me to another question.... I have my black size 3's which are too big (didn't manage to sell them on eBay), is there something I can buy, maybe an insole, that will bulk them out a bit so my feet don't slide about. Are the insoles in the bottoms easy to get out. Any advice appreciated,. in the meantime I am off to find out if there is a way to remove superglue from sheepskin
hi i was reading ure message and i want some black uggs, how much u selling them 4?

Have you got a old soft toothbrush? They come up lovely if you brush them gently. ;)

Thanks! I shall try that right away

hi, this probably sounds daft but does anyone know the circumferance of the calf/top of boot on the tall canterburys as i think uggs are 14 inchs and wondered if the canterburys were much differant, cant find uggs anywhere for decent price so might go for canterburys instead but don't want them to be slouching down my legs, thanks:o

The site appeared around christmas advetising ugg boots in stock. I placed an order with ugg footwear direct and the payment was made through pay pal and was debited from my account immediately.

I tried to contact the seller john1@xrenmail.com 3 times to ask when I would recieve delivery and recieved nothing. The site has no telephone number and does not respond to emails either?

The site is becoming more and more disfunctional everyday and a money saving forum has now announced it to be a fake web site. I paid £79.00 for thesse boots for a christmas present and this experience has left me angry and upset and afraid to use the internet to purchase anything again.

the very top of my canterbury boots are 16.5 inches. this is the supertread. however, i bought these from a company in nz not hartings so i don't know if they are exactly the same. they look the same and have a canterbury label at the top, but not on the heel. i have quite thin legs but because the sheepskin is quite thick they do not slouch or look too big (unlike emu ridge where my leg looked like a stick in a bucket). I don't own any actual uggs so i can't compare.

thanks very much gills001, thats a big help, my legs arn't really skinny but they're not what you'd call big either but it sounds like the canterburys should be o.k, thanks again:T
