Can anyone tell me if the insoles in the Genuine chocolate classic Uggs are cream coloured like the ones in the black ones?
I have them in black which are 100% genuine with cream insoles but ive seen a chocolate pair which tick all the boxes to say they are genuine except the insoles are brown (on ebay) i'm determined not to get ripped off again!!!

Mine chocolate ones insoles are cream and so are my hubby's both are definately 100% genuine from Cozyboots.

I would be inclined to say if the chocolate ones have the chocolate colour sole (older stock had the beige soles) then the insole should be cream.

Is she a size 4-5 or 5-6 ie. small 5 or big 5? I am a 4-5 and buy a UK4 (US6 in Ugg size) my sis in law is a 5-6 and bought a size UK5 (US7 Ugg size)

Only place I have seen chocolate tall ones are on the Ugg australia site and Wang919 on ebay may still have them.

Hope this helps. :D

Hi everyone I see some people have the same problem as I have just discovered.

I bought 4 pairs of ugg boots, from australiadirect.com, they are starting to appear as they are fake the more I read and see others in shops I am convinced they are fake now. How bad I now feel...!!

The ink rubs of onto you foot, and the label on the inside says made in Australia??

The soles even look different

I can't contact Australia Direct there phone number is not ringing and my e-mails just get returned. Luckily I used my credit card to buys these and they said if I get them confirmed as fakes and send them back they will refund the money and charge the amount back to them.

Does anyone know the address for Australia Direct or how I can get these boots confirmed as fakes?

Has anyone else claimed there money back from these con men??

All your help would be appreciated my email is katiephilip@o2.co.uk. :o

Thank you

I would email Ugg australia and ask if you can get them tested, they will advise you how to do this as your credit card will want written proof if they are fake. They will probably ask you to send the boots to them and I would think they will be kept and destroyed if they are fake and a letter sent confirming their actions. I doubt an Ugg retailer would give you written proof but you could try asking.

How long before her birthday? I would try US Ebay as there are some really good trustworthy sellers on there. Post links on here and we will tell you if they are real or not.;) Do you know anyone going over to the US as that would be the best bet. Try victoriassecret.com as well as they seem to have stock. Might have to order over the phone though.

Hi mookie thanks for the reply,

That’s the problem I can't get in touch my e-mails just get sent back by mail demon?

I don't want to get anyone in trouble i just want my money back. I think after all this am just going to get a pair direct from UGG or Office and pay the £140 for them at least they are guaranted to be real.

I would send them away why get stuck with fakes, especially 4 pairs! Somebody else here had theirs tested and they were genuine but I'm not convinced the ones I got were.

Have you tried ALL their email addys, there are a few! I got messages back from all different addys, I just looked them up from my email account for you....
