• Hi, I was up most of last night reading all the threads on this site regarding uggs.
I have in the last couple of days been ripped off by sellers on e bay selling 'genuine Uggs' which turned out to be fakes not once but twice still waiting for paypal to get my money back.
It seems some sellers are using decent ebayers accounts without their knowledge to sell their fakes so even if you check the feedback and stuff they have sold before you can still get stung I did!
It's also really hard to tell from just pictures if they are real and thats coming from someone who has had a real pair from the US in the past.
They look good but when they arrive they feel just rubbish.
No more Ebay for me!!
I was relieved to get the names of reputable companies from people on this site which I has tried but they seem to be out of stock.
Has anyone heard of uggfootweardirect.com they are advertising classic tall for £109 inc shipping to UK.
I need help can't get ripped off again!!

You poor thing, hope you get your money back! Ebay can be ok, but unfortunately most UK sellers are selling fakes, I even saw a pair of £9.99 ones earlier with a genuine Ugg Australia photo on the listing!!

Ugg Australia have got some stock on their own website now, depends what you are looking for and they are more expensive but you have 100% guarantee they will be genuine.

uggfootweardirect when I look is coming up as a search type thing is that right?

All the recommended sites in this thread are out of stock at the moment Wang919 on ebay still has some and they are definately 100% genuine.

They are quite generous to be honest and have a zip to make getting them on and off a bit easier. Only thing is they do make your legs look a bit chunky when on. I still like them though. I got mine off US ebay for $150 including delivery. :j

• Can anyone tell me if the insoles in the Genuine chocolate classic Uggs are cream coloured like the ones in the black ones?
I have them in black which are 100% genuine with cream insoles but ive seen a chocolate pair which tick all the boxes to say they are genuine except the insoles are brown (on ebay) i'm determined not to get ripped off again!!!
• Hi everyone I see some people have the same problem as I have just discovered.

I bought 4 pairs of ugg boots, from australiadirect.com, they are starting to appear as they are fake the more I read and see others in shops I am convinced they are fake now. How bad I now feel...!!

The ink rubs of onto you foot, and the label on the inside says made in Australia??

The soles even look different

I can't contact Australia Direct there phone number is not ringing and my e-mails just get returned. Luckily I used my credit card to buys these and they said if I get them confirmed as fakes and send them back they will refund the money and charge the amount back to them.

Does anyone know the address for Australia Direct or how I can get these boots confirmed as fakes?

Has anyone else claimed there money back from these con men??

All your help would be appreciated my email is katiephilip@o2.co.uk. :o

Thank you

The insole in my genuine chocs is cream, although the ebay ones may just be an older pair? I'm not sure! Mine are def cream and confirmed as real :)
