Guys, any ideas to clean my uGgs.....got horrible mark on my black one!!

    Thanks in advance!!

    Merry Christmas from uGgland!!!

    xxxxx

I sponge mine with cold water then let them dry away from direct heat, they will go a bit funny looking just rub your hand over to fluff them up when they dry.

    I forgot to say...
I cant believe you did that ....Did you save them?

No, not really, I tired to dab as much glue off them as I could but there are 5 white spots on them and another couple of smaller ones, they are choc so quite visible. I was cursing my son for breaking his train track!! The plan is to tty the insoles to see if I can get the size 3's to fit and I am going to save the ruined ones for around the house - that was an expensive pair of slippers, LOL!! I should not laugh,my heart fell to my feet when Ilooked down and saw the mark...... I don;t have to tell you....
  • Hello All

I've been pouring through this thread for three days now - I really want to get a pair of great quality sheepskins but not really concerned about the name Ugg Australia after having read the various ups and downs everyone has experienced ;) From what everyone says the Canterburys from Hastings sound good and I've had some fab e-mails from Nancy in their office initially advising me that they weren't happy with the quality of the Uggs they'd received so weren't restocking for a while, and then telling me about their policy on marking packages 'Gift' and of low value, so I'm pretty sure I'm going to go ahead and order their tall chocolates...

But... I did see a couple of messages from people on here saying they weren't too chuffed with the shape of their Canterburys? Don't suppose anyone would mind elaborating? They seem to be a really good alternative to Uggs but it did just concern me a bit if they are not great...

    All feedback gratefully received :D

P.S Topshop have some lovely looking ones on their website called Shearings that are tall and chocolate but I can't seem to make out if they are real sheepskin... They say they are leather... I may just be being a bit slow... If anyone knows can you tell me?
  • all for your posts, I ordered some boots from wang last wed and they have just arrived.

just wanted to say how gorgeous my kiwi sheepskin boots are! they are very similar to the branded uggs but only cost a third of the price... and i can't believe how fast they arrived. ordered them on wednesday night and they arrived on christmas eve!!! i never thought i would be wearing them on christmas day! unbelievable - new zealand to my door in less than 5 days - would certainly recommend them! :snow_laug

Has anyone bought boots from Uggsdirect? Are they real?

I am a UK 5.5 can I get away with a 6? I really want Tall Chestnut ones but can get the Sundance ones from there, although they are more expensive, look they have better soles though??

    Help please??:j

Just wanted to say I ordered the Sundance boots on Friday from Uggsdirect and they were here on Saturday! Ordered the size 6. They are perfect! Had them on all christmas day!

So glad I got real Uggs, they are so cosy, worth every penny!
  • I had a problem with some slippers from Kiwi-Sheepskins, and have found that their after-sales customer service is really excellent.
DD loves her uGgs from Hartings, so thank you again to everybody for all the help.
Her clumsy brother dropped a crisp on one on Xmas day - it was heartbreakingly tragic, so Blue-Monkey has my deepest sympathies. The Celtic sheepskin insoles are excellent for £5; they come large and you can trim them.
