We don't need the actual letters - use asterisks for letters.

Depending on the 3 letters you're looking at £200 to £800 - on a good day - but don't look for an immediate sale.

Get it on retention and try it on eBay with a starting price of at least £500.

It will depend on what the other letters are - if they are say JB then you might tempt Joe Bloggs who wants to space it illegally as W 2O JB. If it's XQ then perhaps less likely to find a Xavier Quentin to sell to.
More positively W2 OJB might find Oliver Jeremy Blenkinsop who lives in Paddington (London postcode W2) reaching for his checkbook. Olivia Ximinez-Quinones is less likely.

there are dozens and dozens of W2 O** plates for sale on the DVLA site for £399.00 on the car with all fees paid, things like W2 OBO or W2 ONO are there for that money

if you get the right buyer then yours may make that but as above if you find a person with an name that matches your plate and lives in London W2 then you may make a bit more
