Crazy-busy day tomorrow. See you all on Thursday.

Happy Tuesday!
* Swapped some dvds for a brown rug I wanted for hallway :-D
* Found some unwanted round poles at work, using to turn dd1 empty cupboard in room into wardrobe when I get the chance. so no need to buy anything for that project. I can then sell her wardrobe to free up space in her room.
* £1 tip at work - into the tip pot
* Found 6p when cleaning in work
* tidied house up before work so can relax this evening
* lift home from work
* made use of free drinks at work
* treated self to some hot chocolate tonight. Just got the sachets, more expensive but stops me going crazy with my dietetics.
* Used up last ready meal for tea
* Prepping chicken stew in slow cooker for tomorrow, use up some veg before it turns
* Topped up gas and electric. Not done this in weeks has haven't really used much. Will start doing weekly again to ready for winter and build a pot up. Especially the gas, couldn't afford it last year :-|
Still need to:
* prep all stuff for start of school tomorrow
* have a nap
* load of washing
* Maybe do the wardrobe - but probably leave that for tomorrowDebt Free Since 05/09/2015Breath out the past, breath in the future Big Dreams Start Small0 -
I survived! :j This is me literally just sitting down for the night though. First day back went ok - but no kids in until tomorrow. Dawn I am a teacher - secondary science. I love the teaching but I really hate the admin that goes with it all.
Glad to see that everyone else has had a good day.crazy_cat_lady wrote: »
Here's my list for today
[STRIKE]:cool: Work[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]:cool: NSD I hope[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]:cool: Check banking[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]:cool: Update YNAB and balance everything[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]:cool: Get kids from my mam's[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]:cool: Check tomorrows childcare as mine aren't back until Thursday :eek::cool:[/STRIKE]This didn't go quite so well - the club isn't open during the day tomorrow - just before and after school. Ugh. What do you do when your plan C has failed and there's no plan D?
[STRIKE]:cool: 15 mins housework and declutter[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]:cool: no food waste![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]:cool: lunch provided at work[/STRIKE]
My mam had been baking with the kids so they came home with loads of individual pies. I have no idea if you can freeze pies but I have had a go (aiming for no food waste) as there were so many of them.
The kids are coming in to work with me tomorrow and if they have to sit in school with me all day then that's what they'll have to do. Either that or I will have to take the day off.Not giving up

Contact the eBay seller or login to eBay > Help Contact > Select the item > follow the instructions on screen.
Also if it's Special Delivery it should be trackable on the Royal Mail website. Get the tracking number from the seller and punch it in here and it should tell you where it is. (Link)
Thanks Ally - have sent another message to the seller asking for the tracking number. I'm expecting that it won't come now. E-mail on Thursday saying it had been posted, but even with Bank Holiday it should have been here today. The seller is really slow to respond too. I'll have a little look at ebay delivery guidance now.0 -

Ratison -sorry meant to respond on the bathroom thing. I'd be looking for word of mouth recommendations for the builder you go with. We got ripped off by a builder who was on a rated trades website. Never again. Best practise is to ask whoever it is for their 2 to 3 most recent jobs and then go and see them and speak to their clients before you go any further. That way you can be sure of a good job." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Evening all, not had time to catch up on the days thread, will do tomorrow. Finally got myself to the drs this evening after having next to no voice and a sore throat for two weeks and am now on a weeks course of antibiotics. DH is still not 100% either so its an early night for us all I think.
Hope everyone's doing ok.
