Hope everyone is ok this evening, always glad to know im not the only one sat in on my own on a saturday night!

I have managed to waste £7.00 tonight. ordered a takeaway, ate a few bites and was sick so couldnt eat any more. Im really annoyed with myself for spending that money now, I should have known i couldnt have eaten it.

Hiya!! So pleased that all's going well with the pregnancy, and sorry that you've been so poorly with it - it must have been really rough for them to have kept you in hospital.

You haven't been on for a while, so I hope that's just becase you're taking it nice and easy and not because you're feeling too rough. I can't believe how quickly your debt has gone down - it only seems like a few weeks ago that you were aiming for sub-30k!

Keep taking it easy, look forward to hearing from you.x

Looking at my snowball today i should be able to reduce my DFD to jan 2011, im still not counting on it too much though as i will have my maternity leave to take into concideration. We have also been out looking at houses and are thinking of buying before the baby arrives. we are just trying to work out how much we would have to have saved before hand. My oh has been saving in a joint account we have and when i checked on the balance this morning there is just under £20000 in there. All the mortgages we have looked at seem to require a 10% deposit now. we have seen a new house we like for £165000 and they pay 5% deposit for you which would really help. Its a lovely 3 bedroom semi with parking and a big garden at the back.

I know we will have to pay 1% stamp which will be £1650, £8250 deposit, but im not really sure how much other costs tend to be. anyone have a clue? Buying the house wont really change my outgoings as my oh pays most of the rent and bills while im paying off the debt, and we both feel we would like our own house for when the baby arrives.

Im also going to be selling my car soon as i need something more pratical for the baby. this will definatly save some money as my car payments are huge right now!!!

Not doing too well keeping up with this diary at the minute, i really need to keep ontop of it as I have been spending money I shouldnt have done which could have been going to overpayments. I have managed to over pay some in my time away.

Im over halfway there with the pregnancy and am having a boy, no doubts from my scan!!!

We have decided not to buy a house at the min, house prices are just not stable enough and i could see us loosing thousands over it, we had a mortgage offer then changed our minds at the last minute. We are going to look again after christmas if things settle down a bit. It was good to know i could pass the credit check though.

Ok need to update my sig so im off to find all my totals out.
