In the nicest possible way, I am really pleased you are feeling sick!
Seriously though, I hope it doesn't last too long, it's awful isn't it.
When I had morning sickness, I struggled on at work and only had the odd day off here and there....BIG mistake. If I had just stayed off and got a sicknote saying it was pregnancy related, they would have completely wiped it off my record. As it was, because there was no sicknote to cover it, and because of the way they calculate sickness, I was penalised massively, and lost out on quite a big chunk of bonus too. Grrrrrr.
So the moral of the story is, if you are really not well enough to work, stay off - your health and your baby's health are the most important things.
Oooh, sorry, that turned into a bit of a rant!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Really glad it's going well!
Sorry about the sickness though, urghh, I can still clearly remember the feeling, and there are STILL some smells I can't stand.
I found that morning sickness was a great moneysaver...lol....I was just literally too ill to shop, and sometimes too ill to eat anything except plain jacket potato.
Do you know your due date yet?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

My due date will be mid october, dont have an exact date yet but i have my scan next week so i will update then. i was admitted to the hospital for three nights due to the sickness and am still really wiped out, hence the lack of posting.
The sickness hsa really helped my bank balance, between not going any where and shuffeling my money around in january i have just made an overpayment of £500 to my egg loan. Im well chuffed with that. Im just waiting for it to clear onto my account so i can update my totals. Im off to find pandas thread now in the desperate hope of an update form her. will check back in sooner this time i promis.DFW NERD NO.656 DEBT FREE 24TH NOVEMBER 2010 TOTAL DEBT AUGUST 2007 £39000MFiT T2 NO.56 WE OWN [STRIKE]25%[/STRIKE] 31.5% OF OUR HOUSE SO FAR!0 -
Just been updating my totals and looking at my smowball calculator. my minimum payments are £837 and even if i only pay that for the duration of my debts my snowball date will be june 2011, which isnt that much longer than my snowball date now. Ive spoken to HR at work and my pay will cover that amount for 9 months of mat leave.
My OH will be taking care of all the other living expences over this time thank god, so all being well my debts shouldnt take me that much longer to pay off. It will be nearly a year after my 30th which is what i was aiming for but its definatly worth the delay!DFW NERD NO.656 DEBT FREE 24TH NOVEMBER 2010 TOTAL DEBT AUGUST 2007 £39000MFiT T2 NO.56 WE OWN [STRIKE]25%[/STRIKE] 31.5% OF OUR HOUSE SO FAR!0 -
