The nuns are behind the trees on the left eating the kittens and beating the **** out of the children.

Not sure if there is any point in complaining, it might slow them down for a while or they could simple disconnect the dashcam and know one would be any wiser until that is if a accident and or fine in post

But the camera still doesn't prove who was driving it, a court would not accept this as evidence.

Exactly right, if you alert them by effectively saying 'warning, I review my dashcam footage' they will just disconnect it for the duration of their time with it.

If you want to know what they are actually doing with your car when they have it, far better to just leave it connected (meanwhile they may not notice you even have it) and don't say anything until they actually do something horrendous with your car that you really don't like.

Complain and stress how little you think of the garages operation. People who have the mindset to rag other peoples cars around aren't going to be particularly bothered if they can tick a box instead of actually doing a service.

It just wouldn't get as far as court if the OP could reasonably prove they weren't driving as the Mags could only fine an individual. I'm assuming those at the garage would remain high lipped...Unless they're stupid.

A company can also be fined, though obviously it can't get points as it has no driving licence.

The garage (or the company behind it at least) could be sent an s172 requirement to identify the driver. If they failed to comply the company would commit an offence and would be in line for a hefty fine. Precisely what information the company would have to provide to comply would depend on whether it was seen as keeping the vehicle at the time of the speeding offence.

Just want to say there garage I used is main dealer and sells reputable car make. The prices are dictated by manufacturer so its not a back lane type of garage. Nothing against them either used them myself many times in past
