Garage speeding in 30mph zone

I have a dashcam since Jan. Took car in on Friday for MOT and service. Just checked camera footage I was looking for a different clip to show my friend a idiot that pulled out in front of me.

Anyway car as taken for a spin I assume to test it. It was in a 30mph zone although not built up but known area for racers its actually a bike racing track a few days a year, Oilvers mount.

He did over 60mph although screenshot show less, juts showing cyclist waving at driver to slow down

I aint going to complain but makes me realise that if I got a ticket the onus would be on I truly to prove I didn't drive the car at time

A road test is not part of an mot.

No buildings or lampposts, doesn't look like a built up area.

I didn't say it was I said "Took car in on Friday for MOT and service"

I may not look like it isnt but I can assure you it is. Its a road in a built up area used a few days a year as a bike circuit

Green fields are all I can see. Where are the lamp posts or repeaters indicating any speed restrictions?

From those pics it's hard to see why it's not a nsl road.

I would be furious.........

This is the reason I never leave my car at a garage and the reason I stopped using one garage after my mate saw his car doing handbrake turns and racing down the road at 80mph+ when he walked home from said garage.

The problem is that car mechanics is seen as a dirty job, it used to be a respectable profession, but the only people that want to get into it these days are Council House Adolescent Vermin........

Everyone else wants to work in an open plan office and the sad pinnacle of their career is when they become a manager of an open plan office.

I'll accept it may well have a speed restriction but it's hardly a built up area.
