Right, well i have been food shopping, so have everything i need for lunches this week
3 of them will be at work, and the rest at home.
I will be having some wraps with various fillings, crudites with hummus and/or red pepper dip, burrito bowls, soups and any leftovers too.
Anyone else know what they are having yet? Do you meal plan for your lunches?0 -
I'm baking some bread. I am very fussy about shop brought bread and will only eat it fresh from the bakers, come day two or if it's prepacked then it's toast only.
Therefore I am trying a dough you can make in advance and keep in the fridge so that I can make rolls ever night for the following day. Here's hoping it's a success.0 -

Have added to here
Curly, do you have a recipe for that bread please, I'd love to try it. i am quite fussy with fresh bread too.
Marmite- where are you off to? Somewhere nice and sunny hopefully! Have a wonderful time0 -
I really need this challenge this month as I am great Mon/Tue/Wed then it all seems to go out of the window and end up in the work cafe the end of the week. Also including hot drinks in my challenge so have a box of green tea bags and some cup-soups ready for tomorrow.
Will be working in Denmark for 4 days next week so all meals are provided which will help the challenge.
I will go for 27 days as OH and I like to have the odd weekend lunch out but will limit this to 3 in the month.
Good luck everyone and I will look forward to hearing about other people's lunch ideas."These things take time but I know that I'm the most inept that ever stepped"0 -
