Hi all just woke up from post night shift beauty/recovery sleep. Went straight to bed after work after 2 sips of tea which DS1 lovingly prepared for me. So skipped breakfast and lunch (shift work is a very unhealthy lifestyle). Just had a bit of the left over noodles chicken and veg stir fry from last night (1 more portion left for my packed lunch to work later tonight LTW no. 3). Not decided on what to cook for dinner yet, I only know it's something from the fridge/freezer coz I am determined to make today NSD no. 2

I would like to join, please. I will aim for 16 lunches for me, and 10 for dh. Dh has just been promoted, and now works at a different location. He has not located the office fridge and microwave yet, and the shops are close by.....

I have a box in the fridge at my office, which always has the makings of a simple lunch in it, and snacks in my desk drawer.

I'm on parental leave every Wednesday, and my dds and I will have hm pancakes for lunch that day.

    Score so far: 3

  • Well aren't I a silly sausage! I *took* my lunch to work but.. well then the canteen was serving one of my favourites so...

Doh. One chick pea and feta salad came home with me :( I did however enjoy the overnight oats I took with me and a brekkie bar which at least staved off the vending machine temptations!

    *hangs head in shame*

  • Day two done!

Chicken wings, vegetable cup a soup and home made bread roll
  • Sorry thought I had made the font bigger! Am forming from phone so struggle a bit
