I've just tried the noddle option and they can't verify my identity. They said this is because I'm not on the electoral roll or I've got a new card which I don't. So even if I voted doe's this mean I'm not on the electoral roll?
If you vote that would indicate you are on the ER but with your card....what account have you got? Is it a basic account? I've known friends to have issues with certain cards?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards. I only have a debit card. I was meaning that I don't have a credit card. But the fact they can't find me must mean something is up with the electoral roll. Actually in fact doe's that mean that when I'm applying for a card and they do a credit check it must come back as I don't exist entirely. I could type my name as king of the smurfs and I'll still get the same response. So surely to change this I need to verify that I exist somehow. I've sent an email to check if I'm on the electoral roll. Though I've had the same issue with the euromillions. To them I don't exist either.0

When I asked about your card/account, what I meant was, do you have a current account or basic account?
It certainly sounds like you've got ID issues if several companies have trouble identifying you. This needs to be addressed before you apply for anymore credit cards otherwise the rejections are not going to stop.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards.
