I've kick started the month with NSD #1

I did have to give my manager £5 for a raffle I entered, I had the money ready on Saturday but I wasn't able to see her until today, SO i won't count it since It was already designated to that reason.

And I came straight home instead of spending £3.00 on coffee after work.
Plus i hated the idea of juggling hot coffee in the rain whilst trying to get on a bus lol

    cw18 indeed,good luck with the job. :D
I'm impressed by your long cycle home after a work day.
Takes me longer to get there!! Normally around 45-47 mins, but 52 today 'cos my chain fell off

Uphill most of the way there, and a lot of lovely free-wheeling downhills coming home after a day on my feet :D

You should add up the savings every time you do that.Could be a shock to the system?

Now Chef, you know marmite's orders - no kitchen tools whatsoever. That includes your prize collection of implements for preparing potatoes, your weapons of mash destruction.....

'collective groans are heard from the Ennessdee Towers sofa' and Nargle is pelted out of the room by umpteen empty cans of 'Olde Fartinge Bishoppe'......the big question....do you think we should allow Cheffie to take his moustache trimmer with him?
    day 1 done 🎉✨🎉✨🎉

It's always nice to get an nsd on the first day. Well done carvis! :j:j:j

No need, marmite, Bert Scroggins' s sister Bertha (Hair Stylist to The Stars, Permed Mullets a Speciality) has offered to trim Chef's moustache before we go.

I am a little worried about the voles, though. There are too many of them, we need to find homes for them. Tell Helga she can keep two voles only, and to make sure they are neutered. And if they come home reeking of booze and covered in tattoos, they will be grounded for a month.
