Tuesday has gone pretty well.
Syns were used on a chocolate digestive biscuit (4) and for the shepherd’s pie (2 ½ )
I’ll have my hexa as cheddar with tomato & basil on 2 cream crackers (4)
Syns balance: 79 ½
Wednesday
Breakfast: kippers & tomatoes, apple with ff nat fromage frais & cinnamon
Lunch: who knows? Out with friend, I know not where, lol
Dinner: hexb egg mayo (1 syn) sandwich, Shape 0% fat apple crumble yogurt, fruit
Snacks (choose from): Walkers French Fries ( 4 ½ syns), hexa cheese with grapes, WW cake slice (4 syns)

Been really busy this last few weeks I have been trying to keep up with this thread but struggling. I have LOST 2Lb Shala which got me to my 1 and 1/2 stone award but I also got slimmer of the month which i'm really happy about next target is club 10 :-)Slimming world Journey 2 stone 9.5lb loss:T0 -

Well done to all our losers - unfortunately my week wasn't too good and so STS.

Weigh in didnt go well tonight, they accidentally booked the first 3 of us in for a different group.
When we went to get weighed, it wouldn't let us.
Not a total loss, free week next week :j
My own scales are normally 2-3 lbs higher than the group scales, so I'll declare a 2lb loss just to be on the conservative side.
