I will go for 15 days NSDs to see how I get on. My personal aim is not to purchase any take away food or drinks so bring my own lunches to work and make my breakfasts and teas at home. This will require me to be a lot more organised that I currently am!
My sister in law is doing the Dryathlon in September for Cancer Research and I have pledged to give her £10 so that covers my charity donation.
I will also have to tell my 15 year old about this challenge as she is far more disciplined than me and will keep me in check!
