Are you insinuating with all our engineering expertise we couldn't limit those outcomes?

You'd have to line the entire upper reservoir, which would make the whole project economically unviable.
Your opinion might be free, but it's also worthless.

Try again with some facts rather than clumsy insults. I regularly read about pumped hydro and every project to date that's used the sea as the lower reservoir (one built and two in planning, unless I missed one) has a mostly artificial top reservoir that's heavily lined.
I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

it's the strength of the magnetic fields holding the various subatomic fuels togther, that needs to be far greater, than it is at present

That's not the only issue. The magnetic fields need to both contain and squeeze the fusion plasma in order to reach the conditions needed to initiate fusion.
The plasma on the other hand is extremely good at becoming unstable and dissipating that heat / pressure.

just think in a year or two when Corbyn is asked the simple question on main stream TV..

'do you consider the IRA bombers as freedom fighters or murderous terrorist ' and he says 'well its not really possible to say that exactly as the narrative we have is....... blah blah blah'

    or simply walks out

At least 6% behind Tories and gap widening, just great a Tory Government for at least 9 more years probably more.

But he's the problem I'm a lifelong Labour supporter and will not vote for him and I'm not the only one. There is also no chance of swing voters voting for him so even if he picks up a few thousand disillusioned he has no chance of winning.

    Excellent news.

    1) It's more than that.
    2) With Corbyn at the helm, a double-digit gulf beckons.
