Thanks everyone again!
I will draft up everything I need to send off (to DVLA, POPLA and IPP) and probably post it here before so you guys can read it!
Patman, As much as I would love to p*ss this crowd off, I think I would rather just stop the tickets coming my way so the cover is a great idea.
It wont let me add links to picures because im a "newbie"is there any way around it because im not spamming or looking for answers to obvious questions like the rules on the board say...

seem to be the same photo ,
I suggest that they do not have authority to patrol and issue tickets on a pavement
counsil rules state that the road ends at the property , IE park on a pavement where there is a yellow and you "are" technically guilty, however this lot of cowboys do not come under or even understand council legislation.
I have a funny feeling , even with the cover , you will receive many more "ghost tickets" , ie: no ticket on bike , but NTK received , therefor they must be using your info from previous incidents
get on and do that email to the DVLA0 -
Apologies, thats me being an idiot. Here's what the second link was supposed to be, the sign up on a pole in the carpark:

Freddy, do you know what details I will have to supply to DVLA for them to give me an answer? Is my name and vehicle registration simply enough?
Cheers0 -
Dear Mr Morgan,
I am emailing you in response to numerous parking tickets that I have received for my motorbike.
I am looking to know how many times UKPC (UK Parking Control LTD) have requested my data when issuing tickets.
My name is Kevin ??? and my vehicle registration number is ???.
Please contact me at ??? if you need anything further.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Kevin ???
Is that enough?
