Hi, sorry to have been missing for a while. The last week of term whizzed by and then half-term and I have hardly had a minute to myself - not complaining in the slightest as its been lovely, but busy.

The move sounds exciting, and it will be a relief for you to know that your Mum is warm and safe too. Plus company for her, and you, and someone else for DD to come home to when you are busy. Fingers crossed the doggies become fast friends, or even tolerant.

PM me when you have your list sorted for London and I'll try to help.

  • And I have finally uploaded 29 items on to eBay. I already have 3 watchers on two different items. Here's hoping.
Well done on the 3bay listing :)

    Hi JJ

That's ok, I know how life gets in the way sometimes. I'm quite good updating on here now but I think that I will have to write apology letters to my penpals.

I thought I had sent the message over, I will check and send it over again.

    Thanks.

  • Well done on the 3bay listing :)

Thanks DIA. I have a few more watchers today so keeping fingers crossed.

Today has been really good in work, have actually signed up for my course and I am getting it on day release (feel about 18 lol) so that means I will be working 4 days and 1 day at college. It also means student discount :j:j

Only another 3 days in work and then I am off until the 14th so really looking forward to a break. Its a shame I couldn't get this week off with DD but someone else had already booked it. Will be a week of doggie walking and also the decluttering at mums. I think we are going to go halves on a dog trainer who already knows both of the dogs for their first proper meet at my mums. It's only £25 for an hour and I think it would be worth it.

I think the dog trainer is a brilliant idea Tink, anything to make the transition smoother and it's an investment in your future living arrangements :)

Hello Tink. I'm sorry to hear about your chest issues but everything else sounds positive. Moving in with your Mum sounds like a lovely move. I do hope your dogs get on well. Dog training is a great idea.

One of the things I want to do while recovering is to set up my bullet journal. You all sound so advanced on it it's a little scary. I'm also a big YouTube fan so I'll have another look at the videos on there.

    Thank you for your concern.

If I can help with anything for your London trip then let me know. MTxx

I am sooo glad you are back MT. Just in time for the dancing girls that I am sure we have all missed so much.

I'm so happy I am getting the bullet journal out here, DIA has already started hers but believe me mine aren't like the pretties that you see on you tube. I love watching the videos but when it comes to doing my own its a couple of stickers, a bit of washi and different coloured fibre tip pens for different things. Just pages and pages of brain dump lol.

I actually spoke to the dog trainer today and he is going to do the introducing in the home a week on Friday. Until then we have got to do parallel walking and not let them sniff at each other until mid week next week. He didn't seem to think there would be an issue in getting this sorted so I called my mum and told her this. She said she daren't get her hopes up of us moving in until they meet and I feel the same way. I just really really hope this works.

24 days and counting until London, I just can't wait now. Two more days in work before my weeks break!!

  • My brain is fried today, I have been so busy at work.

I'm now having trouble typing this tonight as Mr D is snuggled across my knee as there have been fireworks going off again. That is every night this week the poor thing. He's got three weeks of company though as DD is off this week, I'm off next week and my dog walker is off the week after. My neighbour is going to look after him that week. That means I save three weeks money this month. A little more to go off my debt.

I had a lovely package today, I bought a second hand planner from a facebook group I am in very cheap and the lady who has sent it to me has included lots of goodies too. I now have a planner for home and one for work.

I'm going to start tracking my NSD's as well, I've not done it for ages. I've had one today so that's a good start and I am aiming at 4 next week as I don't plan to go out much. Wonder how many I can get in this month.

  • Tink, that sounds fab. Do you mean you are running 2 bullet journals or are they inserts?
Are you now off work? I hope so, as I know, like me you have been very tired lately?
I have joined the NSD November challenge. I've pledged 15 NSDS in November. I am tracking them in my wonderful bullet journal too.
How long until you are off to London?
