Morning all........(((((((((HUGS)))))))))) to those who need them..........Happy birthday Tired Mum hope you have a good day.FROGGA, LO is little one..........so you were on the right track................
Very late start for me, I fell asleep just after 10pm last night, surfaced briefly around 8am, but did not get up until 10.30..................shattered after my day yesterday.............not used to driving long distances on my own, I know, Birmingham isn't that far.........I know the way to the NEC but I was on unknown territory with Fort Dunlop................
OH is playing bowls this afternoon, no tea laid on so have to cook supper when he gets home...think it will be HM fish and chips...........have taken some sausage out for sausage sandwiches for lunch and pork chops for tomorrow............
Our friend has been at the shouting and running up and down the corridor again, its really beyond a joke, it had been so peaceful whilst he had been in Hospital. I feel sorry for him but his behaviour upsets so many of the residents, even those in the far wing could hear him yesterday........oh well..maybe its my cross to bear.............
I have some sewing to finish off today and have plans for a couple of other things to sew.......may be will get the fabric out and see whats what......I do not want to buy more fabric, so if I have not got enough will have to raid my friends stash, see what she has and see if I can do a swap.
Need to have a quick hoover up, the carpet in the kitchen doorway gets 'bitty' very quickly and the walking rug needs pulling back again, will get OH to help me with that before he goes out.......its a bit black over bills mothers just now, hope it does not rain, OH's match will be off if it does, and I could do with a man free couple of hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Off to get the hoover out, boy its cooler this morning.............might need a sweater....................September grocery budget........trying for £80, not sure if I will make it though!!!!! I certainly did not last month, lost track of the final bill. Will do better this month honest.

Hello everyone, it's cold and wet here today so I don't think I will be getting any washing done, and as the launderette was £16 earlier this week it will just have to wait!
Happy Birthday Tired Mum!
Crazychick - I sympathise - my ex- OH is totally unreliable too - he has promosed to take DD2 to Splashworld every day this week only to have her wait for hours and him not to turn up because he was too tired, or busy or whatever.
Catowen - Hope you find another LO soon - have you advertised in local paper and so on?
Jockettuk - Sorry to hear that your hormone levels haven't gone down - did they do a D&C? Don't want to get you worked up but when I had my last miscarriage my hormone levels didn't go back down and they started doing regular blood tests and then referred me to the gynae clinic. Anyway when they did another scan 6 weeks later I was still pregnant. Turns out I had lost DD2's twin at 12 weeks or so but there was another foetus still there, albeit really high risk as I was bleeding still. Turned out okay though as DD2 is now 9.
Frogga - you and I sound like we have the same amount of weight to lose. I have started Weight Watchers for the umpteenth time and have lost 11lbs so far. I really need to get this weight off though, because I need a heart procedure doing and they won't do it until I have lost the weight. You would think that would give me great incentive but it just acts as pressure and makes me stress eat IYKWIM
Dannahaz - Sorry about the cystitis - hope it clears up soon.
Hester - Hope you feel better later on.
Will have to try and clean through today as the house is like a war zone!
Just had a rejection letter from job I applied for at Citizens Advice in the HR department, so I feel a bit fed up (not to mention panicked about the money situation as I was made redundant last year and have been living on my redunancy money which will shortly run out)
Hope you are all having a good day.Jane

Still thinking about buying this frock for the occasion this year... but tried it on last week and could do with losing about an inch from the bit just above my waist. (Am not trying very hard though and will probably get it anyway)

Hi PenPen,
Yes it is the most bizarre thing - DD2 has been invited in her own right - second time this year. We thought it was odd the first time it happened but it turned out that it was one of her classmates and her younger sisters - they had a disco, entertainer and bouncy castle. The whole class was invited then.
This time I need to make sure that it is actually her invitation otherwise the poor people are going to be responsible for an extra 5 yr old whilst they have their children christened. The invitation just 'appeared' in her school bag at the end of last term, and has been a source of interest as well as some amusement from friends -at my lack of knowledge about my daughter's class. The trouble is that there are three with the same name as the christenee (?) in the class, and so I have no idea at all ...... about anything really!!!
If it is a genuine invitation for the kid, then I won't let her go to the church - I'd never cope with the stress!!!
Take care,
Tilly
xxThanks to this fantastic site and it's amazing people, we have paid over £63, 000 off - just over half way!!!:T THANK YOU:T0 -
