    Morning all

Time got away from me yesterday and it was 3pm before I knew it so I didn't get my errands run. :o I did manage to get a Mr Al shop in and pottered around the rest of the time. So today I have to go out as one of the errands is paying cash into the bank for a bill due today :o I'd like to be out the house by 10am, but its looking more like 10.30am as DD has just gotten in the shower and I have a few things to do before I leave.

Hopefully DD will do some flying for me today while I'm out to earn some extra pocket money ;)

    Morning everyone (just!)

Well done LW in the garden, and well done bossy at SW. I had put on a pound this week - that will have been DD2's birthday BBQ and cake!

Back home now for a quick :coffee: and early lunch, then off to do my vol job. Not achieved much so far today, and probably won't do much this evening either, but Natty's list is all crossed off because it doesn't need doing atm. We have friends coming for a meal on Thursday so there's plenty of time for hoovering and mopping before then :D

(((Hugs))), spoons and sticks to all in need. Catch up later x

Just had a quick whizz round the kitchen, not floors. But had a good tidy and wipe round. Hob done but not oven - and I wiped the side of one unit as could see a sticky smear...

Just made a brew and having a break from paid stuff, is raining here :( so washing is on airer in conservatory. It's chilly too. Why does the weather think it's october???

I'm doing a CY today, and waving from the sofa; I think I did a bit too much yesterday. I did want to get the garden stuff all done for the bin men to take away the detritus, though.:o

No dog at present, so I have no incentive to even shift myself.:(

I have done a WM full of Mr LW's clothes, and washed my green dress by hand (it runs better than Usain Bolt) so that's something achieved today, at least.;)

Well done Bossy. I did zumba this morning but haven't weighed myself today.

    - one basket washing folded and put away
    - most of house vacuumed; it's never seen so much vacuuming but it goes with the territory for builders debris......They are being pretty good. I'm desperately hoping for good weather tomorrow (rained much of today) as they are doing the bay window in the lounge and we have a cream carpet.........
    - had long chat with the mum of a student needing assessment. I was really hoping not to have any more private assessments till after I'm away in Sept but it's hard to turn work down. So Monday it is.
-gradually chipping away at my 'miscellaneous' list.

Took the opportunity of taking the bedroom curtains in to the dry cleaners. Eek £63:eek: but they were embarrassingly disgusting when we took them down this morning. I anticipate similar for the lounge ones tomorrow.............

Narc0 you just reminded me, I need to get our lounge curtains washed at some point. Thankfully I can do them one at a time in the WM. It'll have to wait til a sunny day when Mr LW is here to help, as they're simply too heavy for me to take down unaided.
