Lidl loyalty card trial in Scotland

We used the card yesterday too; a fiver off 27 quid for stuff we'd have bought anyway seems fair enough to me!

Bought 5 bottles of wine came to just over £25 used card for £5 off. Watched in disbelief as the family in front of me got £100 of shopping and then handed their card over for a fiver off despite being told they could have got £20 if they broke up their shopping but it was "too much hassle" It would have taken 2 minutes as it was all big priced items."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0

Good morning, does anyone know what's on this deal this week? I've not seen any ads in the paper announcing it (must read the wrong paper
) but I'd rather be prepared when I write the shopping list. Still £ 5 off for £ 25 or something new?

I'm pretty sure I notice a sign in local store yesterday with the same offer (£5 off £25 spend) advertised as ongoing till start of September (2nd Sept ?).
Hopefully someone else can confirm.0 -

No sign of a loyalty card here, just a free Stickeez with ever £10 spent!0

From the 3rd of Sept it will be £8 off £40 think that run's until the 9th but the sign was far away and my eye's have been bad today, liking the £5 off £25 but £40 might be a stretch.Booo!!!0

If I want to go in several times over the next week and get £5 off each £25 spend do I need to present a different card each time or does the £5 off work on every transaction even if you use the same card?
Millions of cards in my local store today when I was there!0 -

Are you in Scotland? They should be in every store.
They had loads at the tills but i used the one I got in the post (twice
). The cashier was very helpful "we shouldn't really tell you to but as there is nobody else waiting after you to be served, give it a go" First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, and then you win - Gandhi0
