My YG surveys are nearly always 50p - usually done within 10 minutes. I think I don't mind them as they are usually interesting whereas a OP I answered the other day was all about STD's.. didn't enjoy that one too much!

You've reminded me I need to hit a card factory or similar to stock up on cards!

Just got back in from earning some pennies this morning. Now have about 5 hours before I go out earning more pennies tonight.

    Have to
    - sort out advertisements with the local rag,
    - plan a meeting for Friday evening,
    - do some stock ordering,
    - bank some money and do associated YNAB entries,
    - tidy up

Great deal on the flowers and like DFOD, I'm due a C@rdFactory stock up run too!

Might try YouGov - good to have all these little streams adding up :)

    Morning all,

I'm covering a group this evening for a colleague so that'll earn me some pennies for the holiday fund, and I'm ringing the church bells for a wedding on Saturday which will pay £30 (however it's a 80 mile round trip).

I'm feeling on top of the world regarding my pennies - August has been quite a good month and I'm well on track to achieve my budgetary goals.
There'll be a sizeable surplus to send to the T3sco CC on the 31st.

In other news, I'm gutted to discover that the lovely paddock at the back of my house has been disposed of by the council and earmarked for 6 houses. My beautiful view across the valley will disappear, and the dark skies will be filled with street lights I imagine. I'm surprised it's taken 8 years for them to do this.
However, the field is on a slop and fills with water when it rains so that'll be fun for someone.

    Evening,

Cover a group for a colleague tonight and so bagged myself a tidy £60 which I'll put to our Holiday & Fun Fund. We're having two weeks off in September, weeks 2 & 4, one in Cornwall and the other on a canal boat with some friends.

OH has got £100 to add to the fund as well so we'll have enough money to do stuff and eat out in Cornwall. We're staying in a family member's cottage so it's basically a freebie. Happy days!!!

I'll update banking news tomorrow - I'm too tired to think just now.

    Morning all,

Just been on online banking and my 31st August direct debits have gone out today which has made a dent in my balances. I need to input my income from Tuesday's groups so I can budget the money to cover the over spends!

    Other jobs for today:

Off to secure a venue for a new group I'm opening in a nearby village. Will bring my total groups on my team to 23 including my own. There's going to be a bit of a reorganisation so I might lose 3 groups when the boundaries are adjusted which will result in a drop in earnings so it's important I recruit to plug the gap.
Then this evening, it's my team meeting. We need to discuss advertising costs for 2016 amongst other things.

Then this weekend is month end so I'll be strapped to my desk! Aargh!!!!

Can't wait for my holiday to Cornwall on 11th September. Roll on!!

    Have a good day everyone
