Thanks so much for your lovely messages and kind words - it means alot.

Sarah, yes she was diagnosed terminal about 13 years ago now, but done so well as average is 3-5 yrs with a max of 7. I admire her mental strength and determination..or stubborn streak ;)

Taking it one night and day at a time for now :)

Thanks too Hidden, that's a whole new financial quandary on the horizon I reckon :)

Other good news was the driving - 30 mile round trip to visit, no BBs and hardly any panic rising symptoms. This CBT must be working, how I don't know, but feel like I'm very much on the right track now :)

Things are going as well as can be expected with Mum - ongoing monitoring and breathing/pain relief and she's determined to come for a little while on Sunday to see all the family.

Veg/final shop for Sunday done and picked up a YS lamb joint for the freezer too - total £37.02 of which £35 was free as used Nectar points :D

Weekly food shop done too - £28.74

Worked half day today, used this afternoon to get all the routine housey jobs completed as well as both those shops - just DS's shirts to iron in the morning. I have tumble dried everything though for a quick turnaround :o

Financials - still keeping on top of bank account checks. A good job as I accidentally sent a second £500 to T$B :rotfl: Moved it back plus the £6.22 interest and the spare £250!

    Another P!necone survey came in so did that - that's 5 in 3 weeks and £15 :j

Qmee pot hasn't grown, still at 48p, though usually as soon as I write that and search for something it earns me 5/6p :)

Inbox £s is up a tad at £14.01

Planning documents with the approval are all on the council website now, but they've put the wrong drawing number, so architect is dealing with that.

Still got some Christmas cards to deliver locally, so must do those soon and now need an extra pressie for niece's newish partner and nothing suitable in my stash.

Huge To Do list to work from tomorrow, DS will help with setting the dining room up and friend coming over in the evening - we have a veg prepping party :D

    Must hit bed now!

    Best wishes Ali :)

Senior parents are a worry but very pleased to see your mum is in good spirits.

You sound very much 'on track' as if you wouldn't be :T!!!
