Also i did the food hygeine level 2 recently.it was not hard at all.. you got taught everything you needeed. then did a multiple choice test. Everyone On our course passed.

I ve known a lot of people do this course . Usually only issue is if you can t read or write or you are doing test in English and you don't understand English .

So my advice do the course Asap:)
