Might have a cheeky trip to S when I drop more visitors off later:)

Mycoupons are offering me 40 points for toilet rolls and I have a BM to spend. Think I'll just get some Sloppybits too.

You never know there might be a nice Andrex promo lady giving £1 off coupons away on 4 pack loo rolls:rotfl:

What Shopotize bits are you getting?

Just though I've got another egg to get :)

Morning all. Hope everyone is well.

Been struggling lately as my life has so many restrictions that it sometimes feels hopeless. Any how been racking my brain as to how I can move forward and I've come across a job I'm nearly sure I could do. Would get me out and mixing with people. Only trouble is my cv is obviously not great and the ideal candidate would have food hygiene cert which I don't. If I could get an interview I would stand a better chance I think but that's the hard part. Usually my cv is just discarded. Any tips please ? Tia xx

Take your CV and hand it in in person if at all possible. This could help you stand out from the crowd and get yourself the interview you need. I have done this a few times and feel it is worth a try.

Whenever I have interviewed people, the ones that come across best are on time or even better early, and smartly dressed / well presented.

Also, do your homework on the company. Find out as much as you can about them, and about the job. Be enthusiastic, and give reasons why you really want the job and to work there in particular.

You need to make THEM want YOU for the job, and not anyone else !

What puts me off is when a candidate knows nothing about us and the job, and comes across disinterested and is there just for the sake of it.

Was looking at the fizz and red wine, but the postage is a killer.

What about the espresso coffee pot from Ringtons .....do you think it's worth £20?
