Recovering from a manic week. DD got married on Friday and although we had some rain it went very well. Her and her new husband about to land in Thailand for their honeymoon. Will post a pic later.

Morning all hope the elite are well xxx

Do We Really live in the same country. :p it Is Really hot and sunny here.sorry everyone xxx

Just came on to post my nains.recipe.its practically the same.though we only use butter and not lard. It also has a little milk to mix.
Never Had with cream may try it.. they also freeze well, the boys defrost and stick them in toaster to heat through. Just for a minute so the butter melts when they spread it. Xxxx

We have them with jam and cream just like a scone. When you use lard it gives a different texture all butter is my preferred choice. :)

Off for a trip to town then a coffee in Costa. Oh, that reminds me. Did you know the reason that some Costasur are more expensive than others is because some of them are a franchise and they charge more :eek:[/QUOTE]

Usually motorway services and the ones in hotels. Agree it is annoying.

The only way i have done this is buy some ill fitting clothing and then "loose" the receipt , take them back and goes on a gift card

What I have done a few times is when paying for a shop, top up a gift card at the same time give an APG to pay. Never been questioned.

Even done it when paying with a gift card (you top up a different one)

A lot easier than buying / returning clothes.

Hi, please can someone post a link to the site that has the extra sainsbury points website. thanks

I would help but I am on the iPad and copying and pasting is not easy :D

google Sainsburysmycoupons all one word and that should work
    - and then register - I use the same log in as for nectar
I am wondering if you have anything interesting on your list.
I've got bonus points for birds eye fish fingers 14 which are half price £1.12 - have to make sure I have the right size pack.
Also birds eye Southern frie chicken which is on offer for £1 - have to get this seperate as it's more expensive in Sada. Useful for cutting into strips for fjahitas

Also don't forget to check nectar.com for any new bonus things that need activating - on both of ours there were new things again this morning.

The nectar site has updated - it was a pain to use last week but I've figured now that its easier now to use on the iPad - I've saved the log in so it auto fills, just have to remember to log out each time.
