Move house hopefully...?

put a line of bollards along the centre that demarks your boundary of the access .0

That's my thought. OP needs to check exactly what the deeds say about his neighbours' rights of access but putting a bollard just his side of the boundary will not stop anyone "passing and re-passing" on foot or with bins.
He could also go the legal route I suppose given that they would seem to be trespassing, but the bollard is certainly quicker, and probably cheaper and more effective in the long run.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Have you actually told them to stop0

You still haven't told us what it exactly says in your deeds? Without that knowledge the majority of our responses won't help. For instance, what is the access needed for? Vehicular? If so, you can't restrict it or you'd be doing effectively the same as they are.
Clarify the position in the deeds, send a solicitors letter stating the position and what you'll do if they don't comply and possibly even talk to your house insurers if you have legal cover.
Just to add, and assuming you own your property - this is sounding like something you'll need to declare if you ever sold your house (assuming again that it doesn't get resolved) so you should keep that in mind before taking any action.0 -

I'll take a deeper look at the Deeds tonight (or at the weekend).
As the Deeds look long and detailed, does anyone know if there is a "Section" that I can jump to regarding "shared Accesses"?
If so, what "Heading" or "Paragraph" of the Deeds would it be under, so that I can skip to it?
Or do I have to go the long route, i.e. read through the entire thing?0 -
Is there such a thing as a "standard deeds document"? I have my doubts.0
