Next time someone parks there rfor 2 weeks report it abandoned and have it towed away or clamped. That would soon put a stop to the neighbors friends using it for fear of car disappearing. Or just pull your full wheelie bin up over the car. Twice.0

Yes, I considered the first part - and DID phone the Police to tell them it was the Neighbour's "airport friend".
Next time perhaps I'll just tell them it seems to be abandoned.
Incidentally when these people first moved next door, they asked my Mother if they could park their own car in the Access-way for 2 or 3 weeks (as they were going on Holiday, and hadn't yet "received" their Parking Permit.
They came back after...5 MONTHS...during which time I seriously considered telling the Police an abandoned vehicle was blocking the Access-way.
Perhaps I should have done!0 -

Good idea, because they'll never think of knocking on your neighbours door to be to,d it's not.0 -
So this spot causes serious access issues... but your annoyed your guests can't park there?
Anyway, move the bins and park there. They'll get the message0 -
Here is the Plan from the Deeds
- you can make out the dotted dividing line half-way down the Access-way, showing it's 50-50
(our house is the one on the RIGHT)

We have guests VERY rarely - and we always ensure they are NEVER parked there on a Sunday (the day Rubbish is supposed to be left out, so the Rubbish collection service can pick it up on Monday mornings).
We also never have any visitors (guests or tradespeople) park for longer than say half a day AT MOST.
We wouldn't dream of letting our friends or relatives stick their car in the Access-way for 2 weeks (or 5 months as our Neighbours did when they first moved here...) just to save on Airport Parking charges - because we recognise it would be an inconvenience to our Neighbours.
And we don't clog up the Access-way with Rubbish
- it will be hugely ironic when those huge Foxes that are attracted to the Access-way by our Neighbours' rubbish bags (and then jump into both of our back gardens to devour said Rubbish) one day happen to stumble across their very young children (a Baby, a 2 year old girl and a 5 year old boy)...0 -
So you own half of it ... build a lean-to on your half
with doors front and back so that you can pull a wheelie-bin all the way through.
