Ok, so my day was interrupted by DH's cousin and family visiting, which was a lovely surprise, but it does mean I only got as far as clearing the floordrobe...

Yay! I have completed my list! And I finally cleaned that door in the hallway that's been on my list for two weeks! :T

My friend was half an hour late so I used that opportunity to clean the living room windows and OH is out tonight so I cleaned the door in the hallway and cleared the ironing pile again!

But I have got rid of the carp that was sat atop my bedside drawers! And painted my nails

Vacuum through the living room
Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself

Wednesday Thllliiing!- Master Bedroom
Remove and wash bed linen and duvet covers.
Vacuum & turn mattress before replacing with fresh linen..
Air the duvet
Vacuum floors in bedroom
Extra tasks list, as usual choose one or more
Do half hour clearing of the place you hate doing the most..


Thursday twirls - Study/Pc Area

Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc

I did the bathroom on Monday so just an S & S the morrow

Silly O'clock but can't sleep and have been up and down all night. Dogs are following me about and looking as if I have completely lost it as decided to de-flea them and feed the cats!

DD out this morning so will finish home work and then onto the bathroom. Managed to start my upcycling yesterday so well pleased.

Will catch up again in the morning!!!
Thursday twirls - Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
Level One...
Clear floors of guff and stuff
Level Two...
Clean baths, toilets, don't forget the outside! and sinks
Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mousetc
Level Three...
Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains, shower curtains etc
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment your pc while doing this.
Empty and clean out all the upstairs bins!
Sweep and mop and deslop the floors in these rooms.
Collect all the dirty laundry

Extra mission: Take your pick!
Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
Empty the cupboard and clean it out.. colour ordered bottles inside!
Fling all those empty bottles and tubes
If you have a shelf.. empty and clean it
Grab yourself a toothbrush and scrub the manky bits between the tiles

Monday Melee ~ Kitchen and Dining Room

Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
Clear 1 window sill
Sweep and mop floors
Scrub out the sticky fridge!
Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary)
Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc
Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
Clean out your mankiest kitchen cupboard..
Empty the bin.. wash it out.. and make it smell SWEET

Tuesday bluesday ~ Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Vacuum through the living room, hall and stairs
Dusting, even if around everything
Clean windows and all glass.. including the tv screen
Open a drawer.. sort the junk within!
Wipe down any paintwork that needs it.

Wednesday Thllliiing!- Master Bedroom & Landing
Check fire alarms are working
Remove and wash bed linen and duvet covers.
Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..
Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing

Thursday twirls - Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
Wash your bathroom mats
Empty and clean out all the upstairs bins!
Sweep and mop and deslop the floors in these rooms.
Collect all the dirty laundry
If you have a shelf.. empty and clean it

Morning everyone. Up first today as need to get on before ch shop stint!


Breakfast first and I am trying SW SP for a few days to try and shift what is creeping on slowly. Must stay within target! Missing yogs but believe quark sweetened and with fresh fruit is good so will try that today.


Have about HHI to do so plan to do that at 8 am - anyone joining me?!!

I'll join you at 8 with your HHI jttou, it will completely clear my ironing pile as well.
Need to clean the tortoise out today as well as do what I've missed off the lists.

Hahaha! I thought that it was just me aiming for this lol. Actually I was up at 5.30am today and have already done HHI. :A

I will - now I've lost the crown to Biscuit monster, there's no point trying to fold it so the pile doesn't topple - might as well just iron it _pale_

Bathroom blitz for me this morning, but got the chimney sweep coming at about 10.30, so I suspect dusting will be in order afterwards.
